On-Site Appraisals

On-site appraisals include an on-site examination, inventory, photography, market research, valuation and final appraisal report. Each item or group of items will have a description, age, measurements, condition, value and digital photograph. Appraisals are compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and are available by printed copy.
 

Online Appraisals

Online appraisals include close examination of multiple high resolution photographs of each item as well as measurements and condition provided by client. Appraiser will note limiting report conditions and assumptions in the final valuation assessment. Except for the on-site inspection, our online appraisal includes almost all the elements of our on-site appraisals and are USPAP compliant.

Statement of the identity of the client & intended users.
Statement of the intended use of the appraisal
Description of items (as detailed above).
Statement of the type & definition of value and source.
Statement of appraisal effective date & date of report.
Description of scope of work used to develop appraisal.
Statement of appraisal methods utilized and reasoning.
Statement of use of the property as of date of valuation.
Statement of extraordinary assumptions and hypothesis.
A signed certification.
