Hourly Rate/Minimum
Fees are charged hourly for on-site/online inspection, research and documentation time. Minimum charge is $300 for appraisal plus $150 for a written report.
Hourly charge is to be determined prior to commencing the work for more extensive appraisals.
One half of estimated total is to be paid at end of site or online photograph inspections. The other half is to be paid upon delivery of report.
CASH or CHECK only.
No appraisals are given by phone.
