Description: This fabulous Old Sheffield Plate (OSP) lidded entree dish weighs an impressive 5.472 pounds. With inside measurements of 11.5" x 8.5" and 2" deep, this has enough room for any entree. Or you can unscrew the handle and the lid then becomes a second serving dish, measuring 10.5" x 7.5" and 1.75" deep. Both the dish and the lid are decorated on the rims with the same acanthus and floral embellishments that is on the lid top. The handle is an elaborate flowing acanthus leaf design that is very distinctive. The lid also has an engraved crest of 6 arrows encircled by a belt on the domed portion of one side. 1878ca Gilded Silver Plated Centerpiece with Crystal Bowl

Description: This stunning centerpiece with crystal bowl is made of gilded silver plate by Elkington & Company in Birmingham, England circa 1878. It measures 18" wide x 10" deep x 10" tall without the bowl. The oval shaped bowl measures 12" wide x 8" across and 4" deep. This empire styled centerpiece has one striking figural guard on either end. They have a lion head and front legs, large wings and a long serpent tail. 1930ca Ruby Star Cabochon and Silver Bracelet

Year: 1930

Description: A true Art Deco design, this stunning cabochon ruby star and silver bracelet would look perfect on your wrist for that special occasion. The 7 cabochons range from .375" wide and .5" high to .25" wide and .375" high. Each is set into a 4 prong sterling setting linked together with 4 silver links on each side of the row of ruby stars. There is a sturdy tongue in groove latch with the added safety of a chain. The wearable length is 6.5", which could be lengthened, if needed, by adding silver links. The color of these gems is a rich plum and falls between a ruby red and sapphire blue color of the mineral corundum, which gives us both rubies and sapphires.
